In the title compound, [Cu2I2(C21H21P)3], one CuI atom is coordinated by one tri-p-tolyl­phosphine and two iodide ligands in a distorted trigonal–planar geometry, whereas the other CuI atom is coordinated by two phosphine and two iodide ligands in a distorted tetra­hedral geometry.
