For 1000 input test triclinic lattices, the number of times the correct solution is found expressed as a percentage after executing the process of Table 1[link] versus random changes in the true Xnn values of the input test lattices as determined by Δ. R corresponds to a uniform deviate random number between −1 and 1. The test lattices were generated with randomly chosen volumes between 100 and 4000 Å3.
