(b) Underlying orientations of the 12 NaCl-type unit cells relative to that of the wurtzite type. The unit cells of the NaCl-type structure are tilted by approximately 15° around axes very close to the 〈100〉 directions of the original wurtzite-type crystal. The {100} poles of two orientations rotated around axes close to [010]W are marked with blue and red. The pairs of adjacent poles could not be resolved on the photographs.
