(a) $[|{\rm sin}\, \delta |]$ and (b) $[\phi]$ as a function of the two external tilt angles $[\Theta _{1}]$ and $[\Theta _{2}]$ for a muscovite sample with a thickness of 0.06 mm. The measurement was carried out at a wavelength of 600 nm for a total of 441 positions of the tilting stage.
