Neutron flux in arbitrary units (a.u.) at the sample position versus wavelength for two S-shaped neutron guides with different radii of curvature (R = 480 and 600 m) compared with a typical single curved neutron guide (R = 1000 m). In the collimation part a neutron guide of cross section 50 × 50 mm is used for the simulation.
