The components of RET signalling: GFLs, GFRαs and RET. GFLs (GDNF, NRTN, ARTN and PSPN) each bind a specific coreceptor GFRα (GFRα1, GFRα2, GFRα3 and GFRα4) and activate the common signalling receptor RET (in light pink).
