Two-dimensional 1H–15N HSQC spectra of the N-terminal SAP domain (a) and C-terminal domain (b) of S. cerevisiae Tho1 recorded at pH 6.5 and 293 K. The spectra were recorded on a Bruker DRX 500 MHz spectrometer with 1024 and 256 complex points along the t2 and t1 dimensions, respectively. The protein concentration was 1.5 mM in 95% H2O/5% D2O. The peaks are labelled with the single-letter amino-acid code followed by their respective sequence number, as established by sequence-specific assignments of the protein backbone. |
