The elution of SALD_AP corresponds to the profile of a 115 kDa protein, which is in agreement with a dimeric form of SALD_AP. The points represent individual absorbance (A₂₈₀) readings and the SDS gel shows the eluted fraction corresponding to the highest absorbance.
