Detailed view of the glycan chain linked to Asn89 and the Moorhen visualization panel. The terminal mannose (red asterisk) can be seen to be in a 1S5 high-energy conformation as opposed to the expected 4C1 conformation. Additionally, it has multiple atoms outside the 2mFoFc density, presumably due to a clash with the adjacent water molecule (blue asterisk), which lies at the other end of the electron density for the mannose.
