Comparison of the detector resolution visualized using the USAXS profile of polystyrene latex spheres (size ∼2 µm). All profiles can be described by the polydisperse scattering function shown in Fig. 8[link] convoluted by FWHM Δq ≃ 4 × 10−4, 8.5 × 10−4 and 1.03 × 10−3 nm−1 for the FReLoN, Pilatus and Rayonix detectors, respectively.
