The main interface of Scipion-ED. Protocols can be selected from the menu on the left. All runs are displayed as the boxes in the central window, and a summary of the selected protocol's output is shown at the bottom. The `Methods' and `Summary' tabs in the same area can be used to see citation information and the full terminal output, respectively. Inputs to a selected protocol can be edited after double-clicking to open the input window as shown in Fig. 3[link], while the button `Analyze Results' opens a window like that shown in Fig. 4.
