Polarized neutron reflectivity simulations of five cases. (a) Sample of interest layer with an SLD of 2 × 10−6 Å−2 on substrate, (b) Fe layer on substrate, (c) SOI on Fe on substrate, (d) Co0.73Ti0.27 layer on substrate and (e) SOI on Co0.73Ti0.27 on substrate. The substrate is Si for all samples. The simulations include a beam footprint and a background of 0.001. Q is the reciprocal-space vector.
