Sensitivity plots for a CoTi MRL with SOI parameters of Λ = 500 Å, σ = 15 Å and SLD = 3 × 10−6 Å−2, and three different capping layers, Al2O3, Au and SiO2. The capping layers all have the same layer thickness of 16 Å and an interface width of 8.6 Å.
