A SAXS scattering profile for an oat protein dispersion at 0.25% concentration that tends to aggregation. A multi-scale approach is used, as described in equation (36)[link]. The obtained parameters are A1 = 420 cm−1, ξ1 = 300 Å (out of the window), n1 = 3, A2 = 0.036 cm−1, ξ2,0 = 37 Å, n2 = 0.6, k0,2,1 = 0.07 Å−1, ξ2,1 = 24 Å, A3 = 0.0020 cm−1, k0,3 = 0.14 Å−1, ξ3 = 12 Å, n3 = 1.6 and Bgr = 0.00050 cm−1. Typical errors for all parameters are about ±10%.
