FWHM analysis of (LLL) reflections of (001)-oriented Fe₃O₄ as a function of the scattering-vector magnitude q for different deposition temperatures. The FWHM of the peaks has been fitted with a linear function. As the data point on the (111)_cub-CTR deviates significantly from the trend of the other data, it was not considered in the fit.
