The succinimide–2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (SM–24DHBA) co-crystal (Moragues-Bartolome et al., 2012). The structure shows acid-flanked imide homodimers (Thomo units, Fig. 2) propagated by hydroxyl–carbonyl hydrogen bonds (dotted lines) involving the para-hydroxyl group of 24DHBA. We designate this as polymorph I, with polymorph II reported herein. |
