View of a standard (top) and a stereo image (bottom) of the well resolved rhenium tetranuclear cluster [Re4(μ3-OH)4(CO)12] in the vicinity of Pro70. Monomer CIF ligand KBW was utilized with definable 2Fo − Fc density for the CO ligands. Blue shows the 2Fo − Fc electron-density map contoured at 1.2 r.m.s., green shows the Fo − Fc electron-density map contoured at 5.0σ (the COOT default; Emsley & Cowtan, 2004BB17) and orange shows the anomalous electron-density map contoured at 3.0σ. This figure was prepared using CCP4mg (McNicholas et al., 2011BB998).
