The evolution of the Wilson B factor (blue, 100 K; red, 293 K) illustrates global radiation damage and the evolution of the atomic B factor of Cys426 Sγ (green, 100 K; orange, 293 K) illustrates the specific radiation damage to the covalent bond Cys426–FMN that occurs concurrently with the time-dependent relaxation of the photoadduct.
