Upper panel: rocking curve width (FWHM) as a function of Qpar for a few Bragg peaks, indexed with their N/M indices. All widths are dominated by a mosaic spread equal to 0.065° except for two low-Q Bragg peaks. Central and bottom panels show the rocking curve for the 18/29 (Qper = 0.18) and 4/4 (Qper = 0.7) reflections with a clear broadening for the latter one.
