Electron density map analyses of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (GlcNAc) added to hen egg-white lysozyme (HEWL) microcrystals obtained through drop-on-fixed-target tr-SSX. Tr-SSX maps for HEWL mixed with GlcNAc (226 mM) for 1.9 s (a–f), collected using the Add and Revisit approach at I24 Diamond Light Source determined to 1.69 Å resolution.
