Sur l'origine des canaux dans les cristaux

Channels in natural and synthetic crystals have been studied by optical microscopy, X-ray topography and contrast calculations. The optical and topographic contrasts suggest that some channels have been created from preexisting dislocation groups. Computer calculations of the diffraction contrast of dislocations demonstrate the matching between contrast and strain origin.
