Sr3TeO6, tetragonal, and Ba3TeO6, orthorhombic, which have cryolite-related structures, form tetragonal and cubic solid solutions. The tetragonal phases show highly anisotropic thermal expansion, which precedes phase transitions to cubic modifications between 370 and 670 K.
