The title compound, C₂₁H₁₇N₃S, prepared by the reaction of phenyl isothiocyanate with a low-valent titanium reagent, has an intramolecular N—H

N hydrogen bond between the two exocyclic NH groups, and a C=S bond length of 1.660 (3) Å.
