Low-Pressure Polymorph of Co₃Al₂Si₃O₁₂

The structure of cobalt aluminium silicate garnet has been redetermined from diffractometer data. Comparison of the results of the redetermination with those of an earlier study shows that two isostructural pressure-dependent phases exist.
