The title compound, [Mn₂(-Cl){-P(C₆H₁₁)₂}(CO)₈], has as central molecular fragment, a planar Mn₂ClP ring, with Mn-Cl and Mn-P bond lengths of 2.4010 (12) and 2.4134 (11) Å, respectively.
