An Estrone-Glucuronide Conjugate

The crystal structure of 2-O-[17-oxoestra-1,3,5(10)-trien-3-yl]--D-glucopyranosiduronic acid hydrate, C₂₄H₃₀O₈.H₂O, is reported. The angle between the mean plane of the A ring of the steroid and the mean plane of the glucuronide is 14.1 (5)°.
