Photon flux calculated from equation (2)[link] using the current observed from four diodes in the same X-ray beam as a function of X-ray energy. For details see Table 2[link]. The energy dependence of the photon flux is a property of the undulator harmonics and the beamline optics and not of the pin diodes used.
