The shape of the focused beam (111) diffracted from the perfect bulk Si(111) crystal measured by a knife edge at the focus of the lens: raw scan data (solid circles), derivative (open circles) and the theoretical curve (solid line) were calculated by using the approach given in §2[link] with the vertical scaling factor used as the only fitting parameter.
