Intensity profiles (upper four graphs) of Pendellösung-fringe topographs viewed over a wide range to clarify global intensity oscillations (noted by arrow), and fringe-by-fringe plots (lowest graph) of the peak, bottom and mean intensities of fringes to be compared among topographs. The intensity profiles are measured in the same way as those in Fig. 4[link].
