The DNA tab of the MxCuBE GUI. As in the Collect tab (Fig. 3) the sample area in the top part of the GUI shows information contained in the ISPyB LIMS (sample name, protein acronym, barcode, space group, unit-cell dimensions etc.) for the samples contained in the SC3 sample changer. Checkboxes are used to choose which tasks are to be carried out. Following successful characterization, unit-cell parameters and crystal point group are shown in the `current results' brick. The data collection strategy calculated using BEST is displayed both in this brick and in the task area of the tab. Individual or a sequential series of tasks are carried out by clicking on `DNA execute steps'. |
