The DNA tab of the MxCuBE GUI. As in the Collect tab (Fig. 3[link]) the sample area in the top part of the GUI shows information contained in the ISPyB LIMS (sample name, protein acronym, barcode, space group, unit-cell dimensions etc.) for the samples contained in the SC3 sample changer. Checkboxes are used to choose which tasks are to be carried out. Following successful characterization, unit-cell parameters and crystal point group are shown in the `current results' brick. The data collection strategy calculated using BEST is displayed both in this brick and in the task area of the tab. Individual or a sequential series of tasks are carried out by clicking on `DNA execute steps'.
