Reduction of PGH2 to PGF2α by TcOYE. FMN (cofactor of TcOYE) is reduced to FMNH2 by intravital nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH), and the product PGF2α is subsequently generated by FMNH2.
