Vector collect set-up. In this experiment, data collection is set up along a three-dimensional vector at 13 sites with 20 µm separation, appropriate for data collection with a 5 µm or 10 µm mini-beam. A total of 90 diffraction images, each of 1° crystal rotation, will be recorded, seven diffraction images from each site along the vector except for the last.
