(a) The 2.2 Å resolution map contoured at 1.0σ (0.35 electrons Å−3) for which 61% of the side-chains were automatically fitted into the electron density; (b) a region of the map between Val20 and Asp29 where automated model building failed but which is suitable for manual building.
