Computed diffraction efficiency of a blazed W/B4C multilayer grating for this spectrometer with 2500 lines mm−1 operating in the third or fourth order. d is the multilayer period normal to the blazed facet and the ratio of the thickness of the heavy layer to the multilayer d-spacing is 0.3. The computations are for a triangular groove profile that is 85% blazed and 15% anti-blazed. The required blaze angle is approximately the same in each case.
