The first frame represents the initial diffraction pattern of the crystal. The 31st frame records an onset of radiation damage. The 41st frame shows that the crystal was nearly destroyed by radiation damage. (d) χ2 values and (e) mosaicity versus frame number. These are two examples of refined parameters obtained from in situ data integration and indicators of crystal radiation damage.
