Theoretical (solid lines) and experimentally measured (dots) values of the imaginary part of the complex refractive index, for some materials constituting the phantom. Experimental points correspond to the full set of 28920 projections collected at a sample-to-detector distance of 2 m. A mass density of 0.86 g cm−3 was used for paraffin oil (see Table 1[link]).
