Simultaneous positional and DCM intensity ESFC with beam intensity measured through a 5 µm collimator for an 8 h duration. The black points are the intensity through the collimator and the red points are the VFM steering angle. The inset shows a histogram of the beam intensity at the sample over the 8 h period. The full width at half-maximum to mean ratio is 1.5% throughout this duration. Experimental parameters for position feedback were 12 keV, 30000 s TC, 2 mV sensitivity and <30 nrad modulation amplitude.
