The beam size is about 50 µm (V) × 50 µm (H) (FWHM). (f) Angular distribution, two-dimensional plot; (g) vertical cut through the center of the fluence distribution; and (h) horizontal cut. The beam divergence amounts to 1.8 µrad (V) × 1.8 µrad (H) (FWHM).
