The undulator spectrum used in the coherent white-beam measurement in this work. The experimental geometry was such that the peak of the undulator spectrum (9.21 keV) was diffracted into the central 2θ pixel of the detector (as shown in Fig. 2) when scattering from Au (111) planes. The red portion of the curve indicates the energy range over which a monochromator energy scan was performed to measure the 3D coherent fringes of the Bragg peak of interest. |
