The influence of grating order and blaze angle on resolving power at 3 keV with the Cr/C BMG having 600 lines mm−1 line density. M1, M2, M5 and M5′ indicate the BMGs chosen for calculation in Fig. 4[link]. M1: −1st order, θblaze = 0.4°, d = 11.64 nm; M2: −2nd order, θblaze = 0.5°, d = 7.27 nm; M5 and M5′: −5th order, θblaze = 1.0°, d = 5.82 nm.
