Vertical wavefront slope error and monochromator height profile reconstructed from moiré patterns recorded at different angular orientations around the optical axis of the absorption grating with respect to the diffraction grating. The data are plotted with vertical offsets of 1 µrad and 0.1 nm, respectively. The results are independent of the grating position. Details of the recorded patterns are shown in the left-hand panel.
