Wavefront slope error (vertical offset of 1 µrad) and monochromator height profile (vertical offset of 0.1 nm) reconstructed from moiré patterns recorded at different incident photon energies. Details of the recorded moiré patterns are shown in the left-hand panel. The intergrating distance was kept fixed and the design energy of the gratings was 8.3 keV.
