Normalized 22.1 keV photopeak centroid (i.e. the charge collection efficiency) at various cathode bias voltages for both CZT detectors. The experimental points are fitted with the simplified Hecht equation (Sellin et al., 2005BB36). The estimated μeτe values are in agreement with the typical values presented in the literature (Awadalla et al., 2014BB7; Chen et al., 2007BB18, 2008BB17). The 109Cd spectra were measured using the slow PSHA with ST = 9 µs (optimal ST value).
