Micro-laser Raman spectra of CuO particles synthesized by the X-ray irradiation of aqueous Cu(CH3COO)2 solution with different volumetric ratios of ethanol: (a) 3000:1, (b) 2000:1, (c) 200:1 and (d) 2:1.
