3 keV (upper) and 9 keV (lower) simulations of the coherence length (blue circles) and beam size (orange circles) obtained from the two-dimensional fitting of the NRA diffraction simulation as in Fig. 4[link] compared with the Gaussian–Schell model (full lines) with the universal function for the r.m.s. size and divergence and with the equivalent Gaussian aperture = Aperture/4.55, as given by Singer & Vartanyants (2014BB17).
