The horizontal component of the K gradient versus K is presented for a gap of 3.0 mm for both the analytical model (solid black line) and the RADIA simulations. Two numerical results are presented, one (solid red line) calculates the derivative using [\Delta x] = 0.1 mm, the other (dashed blue line) using [\Delta x] = 2.0 mm.
