The anode layout of the CZT pixel detector. Array 3 is characterized by a pixel pitch of 500 µm, and arrays 0, 1 and 2 by a pixel pitch of 250 µm. All arrays are surrounded by a guard-ring electrode up to the edge of the crystal.
