The measured 241Am spectra of all pixels of (a) array 3 (ICR = 600 cps) and (b) array 1 (ICR = 200 cps) at room temperature. All spectra are characterized by the same total counts. (a) The energy resolution (FWHM) at 59.5 keV of the best pixel (pixel 7) and the sum of all spectra are 3.3 and 3.9%, respectively; the dead pixel (pixel 3) of array 3 is due to a failure in the flip-chip bonding. (b) The energy resolution (FWHM) at 59.5 keV of the best pixel (pixel 2) and the sum of all spectra are 5 and 7%, respectively.
