Screenshot of miXAFS analyzing experimental raw data to obtain the optimized structural parameters through a sequence of conventional XAFS analysis procedures. When the `Entry' button is clicked, the parameters defined in the settings file are loaded to the edit windows. Clicking the `Run' button starts all the procedures following the analysis mode. In the upper area of the window, the absorption coefficients, χ(k), the Fourier transform of χ(k) and Fourier-filtered χ(k) are shown. The optimized structural parameters are shown in the Structural Parameter tab. The analytic parameters for each procedure are described in each tab. The blue and red lines in the graphs represent the experimental and optimized values, respectively.
