Measured counting rates in the fast (unit impulse pulse shaping) and slow (trapezoidal pulse shaping) channels (with filter). R_cal is calculated from X-ray tube current. Both R_fast^* and R_fast show excellent linearity versus the X-ray tube current up to 36.8 kCPS.
